Pixtra Content License

This License Agreement governs the use of content generated through the Pixtra AI video generation platform. By using Pixtra, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License

Subject to these terms and your compliance with our Terms of Service and Content Policy, Pixtra grants you:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute content you generate using Pixtra
• The right to modify and create derivative works from your generated content
• Permission to use generated content for both personal and commercial purposes

2. Ownership

Your Generated Content

You own all rights to the videos and content generated using Pixtra, subject to:

• Compliance with our Content Policy
• Respect for third-party intellectual property rights
• The underlying AI models' training data limitations

Pixtra Platform

Pixtra retains all rights to its platform, software, algorithms, and proprietary technology. This license does not grant you any rights to Pixtra's intellectual property.

3. Commercial Use Rights

You may use Pixtra-generated content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media marketing and advertising
• Product demonstrations and promotions
• Educational and training materials
• Entertainment and storytelling content
• Brand narratives and corporate communications

While not required, we appreciate attribution when you share Pixtra-generated content publicly. You may include:

• Create content that violates our Content Policy (including NSFW material)
• Use generated content to impersonate real individuals without consent

• Redistribute Pixtra's technology or reverse-engineer our platform
• Use content in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

When you upload assets (images, audio, etc.) to Pixtra:

• You must own or have the right to use all uploaded content
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party licenses
• You grant Pixtra a license to process your uploads for content generation

Content generated by AI models may inadvertently reference copyrighted material from training data. While we employ filtering mechanisms:

• You are responsible for verifying that your use complies with copyright law
• We recommend reviewing generated content before commercial use
• Report any potential copyright issues to our support team

Generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

This license remains in effect for content you've generated, even if your Pixtra account is terminated. However, you may not generate new content after account termination.
